Job Description
Responsible for ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, and performance of Bridgeways solar plants under AMC.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor generation, PR, and uptime across all sites.
- Plan and execute preventive & corrective maintenance.
- Lead site engineers and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain service logs, reports, and client updates.
- Enforce safety standards and documentation compliance.
- Uptime ? 98%
- PM schedule compliance ? 95%
- Average fault response < 4 hours
- Positive client feedback and AMC renewals
- Diploma/B.E. in Electrical or Renewable Energy.
- 48 years of experience in solar O&M.
- Strong technical knowledge of inverters, strings, and SCADA.
- Team leadership and reporting discipline.
