- Real Estate candidates are preferred
- Should have hands on experience in registration process & Customer communication.
- Addressing customers queries related to legal documentation & Sale deed drafts.
- Should be clear on Payment Structure & final reconciliation statement with accounts team.
- Responsible for creating daily scheduled reports from SAP on registrations scheduled/completed and various other reports on need basis.
- Interact with customers and make follow up calls in order to push customer for registration.
- To have clear understanding on the documents required for registration (Katha, EC, K2 Challan & sale deed)
- Follow up with Banks & Customers for the final disbursement.
- Constant follow up emails for those customers who are delaying to complete registration process.
- Proper coordination with team members & advocate office for smooth process to complete the registrations.
- Co-ordinating with Accounts team to update records and financial transactions.
- Preparing Registration statements.
- Addressing audit queries post registration.
- Candidates good in communication (it is vital for both internal and external customers 150 monthly registrations)
- Handled a project which is OC received (they would have done registration and can relate it better with our process) .
