Product Management Leader

Experience Required

• 12+ years of overall professional experience, including 8+ years in Product Management, leading customer-facing digital products, platform initiatives, and business-critical product programs.
• Experience managing products across one or more of the following domains: Consumer Internet, Fintech and Financial Services, Digital Platforms, SaaS Products, Marketplaces, Enterprise Software.

• Experienced Product Management professional with a strong background in driving product strategy, customer experience, growth initiatives, and platform development across digital businesses. Adept at leading cross-functional teams to conceptualize, build, launch, and scale products that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Drive initiatives focused on customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Define product KPIs and establish frameworks to measure product performance.
• Partner with senior leadership to align product initiatives with business objectives.
• Lead the development of scalable platform capabilities supporting multiple products and business functions.
