Job Overview:

As a Product Manager with a focus on Salesforce, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our Salesforce product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap:

• Assist in defining and refining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce-based solutions.
• Gather and analyze market trends, customer service needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.

2. Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

• Work with stakeholders to collect, document, and prioritize product requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for Salesforce features and enhancements.

3. Product Development:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to refine and improve the product.

4. Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product updates, feature releases, and roadmap changes.
• Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on product status and performance.

5. User Experience & Support:

• Gather feedback from end-users to understand pain points and areas for improvement.
• Work with support teams to resolve user issues and ensure a smooth user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform features, including Service Cloud, and custom development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Azure DevOps).
• Basic understanding of Salesforce development tools (e.g., Apex, Visualforce) is advantageous.
• Experience with CRM systems beyond Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Mutual Funds and financial products.
• Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Stakeholder management & relationship-building ability.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MIS, Excel, and reporting tools.
