Base Process Assistant

Job Summary

• Assist in preparing and processing dough for bread, pizza bases, and other bakery products.
• Support bread baking activities, including mixing, kneading, proofing, shaping, and baking.
• Assist in preparing pastries, fillings, toppings, and other bakery items.
• Handle cheese-based preparations and ensure proper storage and portioning.
• Measure and mix ingredients according to standard recipes and production requirements.
• Operate basic bakery equipment and follow instructions for safe usage.
• Maintain consistency in product quality, taste, texture, and appearance.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished products.
• Support inventory checks and minimize ingredient wastage.
• Coordinate with the production team to complete daily production targets on time.
