Manager, Marketing

Job requirements

Experience Range: With at least 7 to 10 years of B2B marketing experience, including hands-on expertise in IT services, consulting, digital transformation, SaaS, or enterprise technology domains Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across B2B and consumer sectors, including retail, CPG, travel, hospitality, and e-commerce, achieving targeted lead generation and conversion goals

Design and implement Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to drive demand generation and increase engagement with high-value accounts

Manage field and vertical marketing initiatives, aligning activities with organizational objectives and industry-specific trends to maximize market impact

Lead campaign planning and execution for events, webinars, email marketing, paid media, and executive engagement programs, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes

Optimize marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to enhance campaign performance, data accuracy, and reporting efficiency

Coordinate executive roundtables, leadership forums, industry events, and analyst-led programs to elevate brand visibility and thought leadership

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support alliance-led go-to-market campaigns and connected commerce initiatives, driving partnership success

Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and inform strategic marketing decisions

Required Skills:

Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution

Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Demandbase

Digital campaign management across multiple channels

Event and webinar planning using industry-standard tools

Paid media campaign execution and performance analytics

Demand generation for IT services, SaaS, and enterprise technology solutions

Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms

Expertise in AI, data analytics, cloud technologies, customer experience, supply chain, and intelligent automation

Preferred Skills:

Experience with connected commerce and enterprise platform transformation

Expertise in marketing to consumer audiences across retail, CPG, travel, hospitality, or e-commerce

Advanced knowledge of analyst-led and alliance-driven GTM campaigns

Proficiency in vertical marketing and field marketing within technology domains

Exposure to emerging AI-driven marketing tools

Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a closely related discipline

Certification in Account Based Marketing (ABM) or Marketing Automation (such as HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

Certification in digital marketing or campaign management (such as Digital Marketing Institute or AMA Certified Professional)
