Product Owner

Job requirements

Experience Range: With at least 5 years of product ownership experience, including substantial hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Apttus CPQ solutions Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for Salesforce CPQ and Apttus CPQ, aligning product strategy with business objectives and maximizing value delivery
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders to maintain a clear and actionable product backlog for CPQ enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and business analysts, to deliver robust CPQ features and customizations
  • Design and implement pricing customizations, advanced approvals, and multi-dimensional quoting workflows within Salesforce CPQ and Apttus CPQ
  • Configure and optimize product bundles, quote templates, contracts, and renewals to streamline quoting processes
  • Monitor product performance, user adoption, and feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives and process automation
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, data integrity, and security protocols in all CPQ implementations
  • Provide subject matter expertise on CPQ best practices, supporting training and documentation for end users
    • Required Skills:

  • Salesforce CPQ custom scripting
  • Salesforce CPQ multi-dimensional quoting
  • Salesforce CPQ advanced approvals
  • Apttus CPQ product configuration
  • Salesforce CPQ quote template management
  • Salesforce CPQ contract and renewal management
  • CPQ workflow and business rule optimization
  • Integration of CPQ solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
    • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with CPQ analytics and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning platform enhancements
  • Knowledge of API integrations between CPQ and external systems
  • Understanding of subscription and recurring revenue models
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and product management frameworks
    • Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification
  • Apttus CPQ Certification or relevant product certification
