Software Development Lead

Job requirements

Experience Range: 4 to 6 years of experience in software development, including substantial hands-on expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud and related technologies Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud, focusing on Case Management, Digital Engagement, Field Service, and Self Service modules to drive operational excellence

Lead the implementation of Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, Flows, and Platform Events to enhance business processes and user experience, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones

Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with external systems and applications using APIs, middleware, and Salesforce DX to enable seamless data exchange and process automation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Portal UI/UX, ensuring intuitive interfaces and improved user satisfaction scores

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce environments, maintaining system reliability and performance metrics

Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices in coding standards, testing, and deployment within Salesforce ecosystems

Monitor and analyze platform performance, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve scalability, security, and maintainability
