Job Description

Software Development Lead

Job requirements

Experience Range: With at least 4 to 6 years of hands-on software development experience, including significant expertise in Salesforce CPQ solutions Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce CPQ solutions that meet complex business requirements
  • Configure and optimize multi-dimensional quoting processes to support advanced sales scenarios
  • Develop and maintain contract and renewal workflows within Salesforce CPQ to streamline lifecycle management
  • Build and customize product configuration logic for accurate and flexible quoting
  • Implement advanced approval processes and pricing configuration strategies to ensure scalable and compliant sales operations
  • Develop custom scripts and automate CPQ processes using Apex and Salesforce automation tools to enhance functionality and user experience
  • Create, modify, and manage quote templates to ensure consistency and accuracy in proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and IT to deliver impactful CPQ solutions
    • Required Skills:
  • Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization
  • Multi-dimensional quoting setup in Salesforce CPQ
  • Contracts and renewals management within Salesforce CPQ
  • Advanced approvals workflow automation in Salesforce CPQ
  • Pricing configuration and optimization in Salesforce CPQ
  • Apex programming for custom scripts and automation
  • Quote template design and management in Salesforce CPQ
  • CPQ RCA development expertise
    • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning components
  • Knowledge of third-party integrations with Salesforce CPQ
  • Expertise in performance tuning and scalability for CPQ solutions
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies in Salesforce project delivery
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and integration
    • Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
  • Salesforce Platform Developer certification
