Quality Assurance Automation Lead

• Designing and implementing test automation frameworks for Salesforce and nCino applications.
• Creating, maintaining, and executing automation test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Collaborating with BAs, Developers, and Product Owners to review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Performing end-to-end testing of nCino modules such as Loan Origination System (LOS), Credit Memo, Collateral, Covenant Tracking, Deposit Account Opening, and Workflow Automation.
• Validating Salesforce Lightning, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
• Ensuring test coverage across UI, API, data, and performance testing.
• Defining and tracking quality metrics, identifying defects, and driving resolution.
• Mentoring junior QA team members and contributing to best practices in automation.
• Supporting CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and deployment.

Qualifications required for this role include:

• 9+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce QA and nCino projects.
• Strong knowledge of nCino modules and banking workflows such as Commercial Lending, Treasury, and Retail Banking.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing frameworks like Selenium WebDriver, Provar, TestNG, JUnit, and Apex testing.
• Experience in API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, and SOAP UI.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Familiarity with data validation and ETL testing for Salesforce integrations.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and collaboration skills.

Good-to-have qualifications include:

• Salesforce certifications like Administrator, Platform App Builder, or QA Automation-focused.
• nCino 201/301 certification.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.

Education:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Masters degree preferred but not required.,
