Job Description
We are looking for a Tamil Speaking Candidate motivated, and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, pitching our services/products, and converting leads into customers through tele calling. Strong communication skills and a persuasive personality are key to succeeding in this role.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline

- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Qualifications
- Any degree with strong Tamil communication skill
- 2 year experience required
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Edtech Experience required
