About the Role

We are looking for an Experiential Marketing & Event Lead to conceptualize, curate, and execute high-quality community experiences and niche real-world events.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, an ability to develop strategic partnerships, and a proactive approach to event execution. Experience in event management is preferred; however, candidates with backgrounds in sales, luxury hospitality, client relations, or community building are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and curate immersive micro-events, lifestyle workshops, social gatherings, and community pop-ups.
• Develop and manage partnerships with brands, venues, and sponsors.
• Negotiate co-branding, venue collaboration, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Manage the complete event lifecycle, including ideation, budgeting, vendor sourcing, on-ground execution, and post-event analysis.
• Ensure a high-quality guest experience and maintain strong relationships with hosts and partners.
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to support event launches, ticketing strategies, and attendance.

What Were Looking For

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Hospitality, Customer Relationship Management, or Event Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with partners, venues, and guests.
• Strong creative sense and visual aesthetic.
• Proactive approach to on-ground execution and problem-solving.
• Basic understanding of event budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and local venue ecosystems.
