Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls under supervision.
• Generate recruitment reports and maintain documentation.
