• Develop new business opportunities within architectural, residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Build and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, lighting designers, MEP consultants, and developers.
• Drive specification of lighting solutions from concept stage through tender and final award.
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline and meet assigned revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal design and technical teams on proposals, submittals, and quotations.
• Support negotiations and deal closures while maintaining margin discipline.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging design requirements.
