We are seeking an experienced and passionate Instructor to lead this program and help develop highly skilled, production-ready professionals.
Position SummaryThe Instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training in U.S. taxation, accounting, bookkeeping, accounting software, Excel, professional communication, and workplace readiness.
The ideal candidate enjoys teaching, mentoring, and developing junior professionals while maintaining high standards of quality, discipline, and attention to detail.
Students entering the program may have accounting knowledge but little or no exposure to U.S. accounting practices. The instructor must be able to simplify complex topics, encourage learning, and prepare students for real-world work within a U.S.-based accounting environment.

Required Qualifications• Masters Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Taxation, or a related discipline
• Strong accounting fundamentals
• Experience in U.S. tax preparation
• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting support
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to teach beginners
• Ability to prepare structured lesson plans
• Experience conducting classroom or online training

• 3+ years of U.S. accounting or tax experience
