• We are hiring for the position of HR Payroll Executive at Butterfly Learning.
• Location: Mumbai / Thane
• Experience: 13 Years
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing.
• Handle attendance, leave, LOP, incentives, deductions, and salary revisions.
• Maintain employee records and payroll data in HRMS.
• Manage Full Final (FF) settlements.
• Prepare payroll MIS and reports.
• Coordinate with HR and finance teams for salary processing.
• Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, and leave.
• Support statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS.

Requirements

• Graduate in HR, Commerce, BBA, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in HR payroll.
• Good knowledge of payroll and attendance processes.

Hands-on Experience With HRMS/payroll Software Is Preferred.

• Good Excel and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
