Human Resources Manager

BuzzClan is seeking an experienced HR to lead our human resources operations across our offices in India, US, and Canada. This leadership position will be based at our Mohali office and requires working on-site. The ideal candidate will work primarily in the US time zone.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for all HR operations and initiatives across our global offices

Lead and develop a team of back-office HR staff based in India

Establish and maintain operational excellence in all HR functions

Oversee benefits administration and optimization across regions

Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Create and manage comprehensive HR documentation systems

Design and execute employee welfare programs

Manage employee offboarding processes with professionalism and compliance

Lead HRMS/HRIS implementation, maintenance, and best practices

Generate and present HR KPI reports to executive leadership

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred

7-10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role in company with 200+ employees across various geographies

Experience managing HR operations across multiple countries/regions

Strong knowledge of international employment laws and regulations, particularly for India, US, and Canada

Proven track record of implementing HR best practices and driving operational excellence

Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems implementation and management

Excellent communication skills with ability to work across different cultures and time zones

Strong analytical and reporting capabilities

Work Location & Schedule

Position is based in our Mohali, India office and requires on-site presence

Work schedule aligned with US time zone (evening/night shift in India)
