Job Description
:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Product ownership: Own the roadmap, prioritization and delivery for the staffing platform, balancing business impact, effort and urgency as priorities change.
- AI and workflow architecture: Map the end-to-end staffing workflow, identify where AI and automation add the most value, and define how they are embedded into the platform architecture. Work with engineering on data flow, integrations, accuracy targets, fallbacks and human-in-the-loop checks.
- Efficiency and automation: Set measurable targets (turnaround time, recruiter productivity, cost per placement), decide what to build, buy or automate with no-code tools, and prototype quickly before committing engineering time.
- New features and adoption: Define and launch new features with operations users, track adoption, close the feedback loop, and retire what is not used.
- Product opportunities: Identify gaps across client-facing, candidate-facing and internal workflows and turn them into prioritized, evidence-backed proposals.
- Stakeholder management: Run a single intake and triage process for requests from operations, sales, delivery and leadership. Make trade-offs visible and communicate changes early.
- Requirements and PRDs: Extract clear requirements from non-technical users and write PRDs that engineering can build against.
- Sprint execution: Work with engineering to plan and run sprints, track scope, dependencies and timelines, and unblock issues as they arise.
- Product operations: Own the day-to-day operating rhythm of the product function: backlog hygiene, release coordination and checklists, sprint reporting, and regular status updates to stakeholders. Standardize PRD, sprint and release templates so execution stays consistent as the team scales.
- Metrics and reporting: Track operational efficiency and product metrics (sprint velocity, release health, feature adoption), analyse NPS, support tickets and feature requests, and report outcomes to leadership.
- Design collaboration: Brief the in-house designer, review output against the original ask, and use AI design tools for mock-ups when design support is unavailable.
- Tooling and onboarding: Own and maintain the product tooling stack (project management, design, analytics, feedback), keep its data clean, document processes
Requirements:
- 6–8 years in Product Management or Product Operations, ideally in staffing, recruitment tech, HR-tech or other operations-heavy B2B platforms.
- Hands-on product operations experience: backlog management, release coordination, sprint reporting, stakeholder status updates, and building templates and processes that scale.
- Proven ability to improve operational efficiency with AI and automation, with measurable results (hours saved, turnaround time reduced).
- Clear understanding of how to embed AI into a product architecture: where LLMs, OCR and document intelligence, and rules-based automation each fit, how to measure accuracy, and how to design fallbacks.
- Hands-on builder: you create working automations, agents or prototypes yourself with LLM, workflow or AI coding tools.
- Strong stakeholder management across many senior stakeholders with conflicting priorities, and comfort with rapid change.
- Ability to map operational workflows, find bottlenecks and convert them into product requirements.
- Experience writing PRDs and working with engineering through the sprint cycle.
- Experience launching features and driving adoption using product analytics and user feedback.
- Comfortable working with designers: clear briefs and structured feedback.
- Structured, detail-oriented approach to documentation, and excellent written and verbal communication.
Technical Requirements:
- AI architecture: LLM APIs, prompt design, retrieval (RAG), agents, evaluation, guardrails and human-in-the-loop design, plus cost, latency and data privacy trade-offs.
- Workflow and integration tools: n8n, Zapier, Make or similar; APIs, webhooks and integrations with ATS, CRM and VMS systems.
- AI coding tools: Active working knowledge of Claude Code, Codex or Cursor to prototype, debug or ship small changes independently.
- Architecture basics: APIs, databases, queues and how web and mobile applications are built, enough for informed conversations with engineering.
- Product and project management: Jira, Linear, Asana, Trello or similar; Confluence, Notion, Google Workspace.
- Design and prototyping: Figma (or similar) and AI design tools such as Figma AI or Uizard.
- Analytics and reporting: Mixpanel, Amplitude or Google Analytics dashboards; strong Excel / Sheets.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ATS, CRM or VMS platforms and the staffing lifecycle.
- Experience building or launching AI agents or AI-powered product features.
- Familiarity with data privacy and statutory compliance in Indian staffing (e.g. DPDP Act, onboarding documentation).
- Exposure to no-code / low-code tools for internal tooling.
- Learn directly from industry experts with 20+ years of experience
- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Professional development and growth opportunities.
- Gain experience in world class management practices
- Insurance Benefits (Medical and Accidental) for all employees
- Multi-level Rewards programs for all employees
