You: • Think in systems, not just screens • Review and refine AI-generated code • Understand that AI is a collaborator — not magic You don’t write code blindly. You reason before you ship. ⸻ Core Skills • React / Next.js • Node.js (Express or similar) • REST APIs & database basics • Clean project structure & architecture thinking AI may help you write code — but you must understand why it works. ⸻ AI & Communication (Very Important) • Hands-on experience with Cursor / AI-native IDEs • Strong prompting, review, and debugging habits • Clear English communication • Ability to explain decisions and trade-offs We value clarity over speed.
