Job Description
- As an Associate, Customer Service at CACTUS, you will be responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction by responding to inbound customer requests via email and call. Your primary goal will be to take personal ownership of the customer experience in order to influence their decision to buy, renew, or expand upon services with us. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer experience and see this role as a true career opportunity.
In this role, you will need to deeply understand customer needs and requirements to provide them with the best-suited price, service, and delivery options. Responding to inbound support tickets in a timely manner and ensuring customers receive useful information to reduce friction while using our services will be crucial. Your aim will be to maximize customer satisfaction through accurate and timely resolutions, meeting or exceeding stated service level agreements.
You will be expected to anticipate customer needs and problems before they arise, developing a deep customer intuition to empower them to achieve their goals. Handling client complaints and general inquiries efficiently in a single interaction to create promoters and enhance the overall customer experience will be essential. You will act as the voice of the customer for internal teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer delight and loyalty.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a service-oriented and customer-first mindset, excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions. You should be comfortable working under pressure, flexible, and able to maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations.

This is a contractual role for a period of 6 months, requiring you to work a 9-hour shift any five days of the week, including weekends, with shift timings from 5:30 AM to 11 PM.
