Associate, Talent Acquisition

Overview

Please note: We are a remote-first organization so you can work from anywhere in India. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.

This role will give you the chance to be part of a small but dynamic team responsible for hiring top editorial talent in India and across the globe.

Your main goal would be to hire academic editors and implement specific strategies alongside a team of recruiters.

To succeed in this role, you would need to be a good communicator, result-oriented and well-organised with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Gain a strong understanding of the complete recruiting function, and perform full life-cycle recruiting: research, sourcing, networking, processing, and closing.
• Recruit through a variety of sources, including job sites, social media platforms, professional associations, and advertisements.
• Create and maintain accurate and timely records.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, provide guidance and recommendations throughout the recruitment process, and ensure timely sharing of updates on hiring metrics.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining consistent and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications And Prerequisites

• A bachelor’s degree in any field
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail
