Senior Associate, Account Management

Your main responsibilities will involve leading the development and nurturing of new and existing key publisher accounts, orchestrating impactful partnerships with publishers, and taking ownership of key accounts to ensure their growth through product optimization and marketing outreach. You will be expected to efficiently project manage key accounts, assist clients in effective product and marketing implementation, address customer queries promptly, and collaborate with cross-functional teams seamlessly.

Additionally, you will work closely with the leadership team to strategize service enhancements and successful launches, develop and manage data systems and reporting mechanisms using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, and Freshdesk, and provide insights and analytics contributing to key business decisions and growth strategies regularly.

To qualify for this role, you should have at least 3 years of account growth experience, preferably in academia or publishing, experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, and Excel, sharp business acumen, strong problem-solving skills, a customer-friendly approach, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

The selection process typically includes an initial screening by a recruiter, a technical assessment, two to three interview rounds, a conversation with the Senior Manager, an assignment round, and an HR discussion. All interviews will be conducted virtually using MS Teams.
