Role Description The Social Media Marketing Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This role involves planning and delivering structured training sessions on social media marketing platforms, tools, and strategies to students and aspiring professionals. The trainer will develop course materials, practical assignments, and case studies, and will provide feedback and coaching to help learners build real-world skills. Daily activities include conducting interactive classes, staying current with social media trends and best practices, and collaborating with the academic team to improve curriculum quality. The trainer will also participate in workshops, student evaluations, and occasional promotional or outreach activities related to CDA Academys programs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Marketing skills, including platform management, campaign planning, and content optimization.
• Candidates should possess effective Training and Communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and engage diverse learner groups.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills that support program promotion, lead nurturing, and student enrollment activities.
• Relevant experience as a trainer, instructor, or practitioner in digital or social media marketing is highly beneficial.
• A bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with up-to-date knowledge of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Ability to design structured lesson plans, assess learner performance, and adapt teaching methods to different skill levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a commitment to an inclusive, learner-centered training environment.
