Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Analyst to support AI adoption through stakeholder communication, marketing, reporting, training, and content development. This position will be full-time and remote.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate effectively with business teams, stakeholders, and customers to support AI adoption initiatives
• Develop marketing and communication strategies that promote the adoption of AI tools and solutions
• Create reports, presentations, supplemental materials, and other communication assets
• Develop training materials and support enablement sessions for business users
• Review, plan, and manage content for AI adoption and awareness initiatives
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate AI concepts into clear and engaging communications
• Support the adoption of Copilot, Claude, and other AI tools across the organization
• Track adoption activities, user engagement, feedback, and program outcomes
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and successful delivery of AI initiatives

What You’ll Need

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Technology, or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing, communications, AI adoption, digital transformation, or a related role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience communicating with business teams, stakeholders, and customers
• Experience creating reports, training materials, supplemental content, and presentations
• Strong content review, planning, and coordination skills
• Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models
• Working knowledge of Copilot, Claude, and other AI tools
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Experience supporting AI adoption, change management, or user enablement initiatives
• Exposure to technical environments and AI-related projects
• Experience developing marketing campaigns or communication plans for technology initiatives

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
