Role Description The Salon Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Calixta Salon in Prayagraj. This role oversees daily salon operations, including managing staff schedules, supervising service delivery, and ensuring a welcoming, efficient environment for guests. The Salon Manager handles client inquiries and feedback, supports customer service standards, and helps resolve issues promptly. Responsibilities include coordinating hiring and onboarding of team members, monitoring inventory and supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The Salon Manager also supports basic marketing activities, tracks performance metrics, and collaborates with the team to enhance client experience and grow the business.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in cosmetology and hair care, with the ability to understand and support a wide range of salon services.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience in hiring, training, and supervising salon or service staff.
• Proven ability to manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Prior experience in a salon, spa, or beauty-related environment, ideally in a supervisory or management role.
• Basic knowledge of local marketing and social media promotion for salon services is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Diploma or certification in cosmetology or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
