Senior Manager - Human Resources - FMCG

We are looking for a Senior Manager - HR for a growing company, someone who can build and strengthen the HR function while working closely with the promoters and business leadership.

The role will primarily focus on Talent Acquisition, HR team building, and developing performance-driven KPIs across the organization. We are looking for a hands-on HR professional who has experience working in a startup or promoter-led organization and is comfortable building processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment across functions, ensuring timely closure of critical positions and building a strong talent pipeline.
• HR Team Building: Build, manage, and develop the HR team to support the company's growth and evolving business needs.
• KPI & Performance Management: Design and implement KPIs and performance measurement frameworks across functions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Promoter & Leadership Partnership: Work closely with the promoters and business leaders on people strategy, organizational requirements, and talent decisions.
• HR Processes & Policies: Establish and strengthen HR policies, systems, and processes to support a growing organization.
• Employee Engagement & Retention: Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness.
• Workforce Planning: Partner with business leaders to identify manpower requirements and build a structured hiring and workforce planning process.
• Performance Culture: Build a performance-oriented culture with clear goals, accountability, and measurable outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 8 - 12 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience working with a startup, promoter-led, or founder-driven organization is essential.
• Strong experience in building HR teams, processes, and performance management systems from scratch.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing KPIs and performance measurement frameworks.
• Experience in FMCG, food, D2C, or consumer-facing businesses would be preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work closely with promoters and senior leadership.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
