Talent Acquisition Manager - FMCG/Retail

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across corporate and business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, role expectations and talent specifications.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for critical and niche positions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, industry mapping and other sourcing channels.
• Manage hiring across functions such as Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Marketplace, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, HR and Corporate functions.
• Drive recruitment for both mid-management and leadership positions.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and ensure strong quality of profiles presented to stakeholders.
• Work closely with business leaders to improve time-to-hire, quality of hire and offer-to-join ratios.
• Build talent maps and maintain a strong database of relevant industry professionals.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and search firms where required.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to senior management.
• Support employer branding, employee referrals and other initiatives to strengthen the company talent pipeline.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience and overall TA effectiveness.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience in D2C, FMCG, Personal Care, Beauty, Retail, E-commerce or Consumer businesses preferred.
• Strong experience in both sourcing and stakeholder management.
• Should have handled multiple functions and hiring mandates simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and other sourcing tools.
• Experience hiring mid-to-senior level talent is preferred.
