About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, has a strong understanding of social media trends, and can create engaging content that drives brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create, curate, and publish high-quality content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities, including responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to produce compelling campaigns and creative assets.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to improve results.
• Manage paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting, budget optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Build relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners to increase brand visibility.
• Ensure all content is consistent with the companys brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools.
• Experience using analytics platforms to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with paid social advertising.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
• Photography and video editing skills are a plus.
• Experience working with influencer marketing campaigns.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
