Job Description
Job Title: IELTS Counselor
Location: Sector 17, Chandigarh
Responsibilities:
- Guide students on IELTS exam formats, requirements, and preparation paths.
- Assess student profiles and suggest suitable training programs.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, provide accurate counseling, and convert leads.
- Maintain follow-ups with students and ensure smooth enrollment.
- Coordinate with trainers, update records, and support daily center operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 02 years of experience (education/IELTS counseling preferred).
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle student queries with clarity and confidence.
- Basic computer knowledge and a student-friendly attitude.
