Job Description

Job Title: Partnership Manager – Overseas Education (USA)

Location: Chandigarh

Department: Business Development / International Partnerships

Experience Required: 2–6 years

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Manager to develop and manage strategic relationships with international universities and educational institutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our global partner network, driving student enrollments, and strengthening institutional collaborations in the overseas education sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new international university and college partners across key study destination USA
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions, acting as the primary point of contact
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, including commercial terms, commissions, and collaboration frameworks
  • Collaborate with internal counseling and sales teams to promote partner institutions and increase student enrollments
  • Conduct regular partner reviews to assess performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Organize and coordinate webinars, events, and university visits to enhance partner engagement
  • Stay updated on global education trends, visa policies, and market dynamics
  • Provide training and updates to internal teams regarding partner institutions, programs, and admission processes
  • Resolve operational or student-related issues in coordination with partner institutions
  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics and revenue generation
