HR Business Partner

Join our team as a seasoned HR professional supporting our growing IT Office in Pune. As part of our Global HQ HR Team, youll handle various HR processes like Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR Administration, Compensation, Learning and Development, and Performance. As the HR Partner for our start-up operation, youll focus on setting up corporate processes and customizing procedures for the Pune operations. Youll also collaborate with the local HR Team in India, supporting manufacturing plants in Aurangabad and Nuh.

Reporting to the Head of HR in India and the HQ HR Manager in Poland, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth efforts.

What you will focus on:

• Talent acquisition (recruiting, employer branding activities, university relations, internships, recruiting agencies)
• Hiring, onboarding, offboarding
• Employee documentation (prior to hiring, contracts and contract extensions, benefit enrollment)
• Benefit administration/support
• Local employee learning and development activities (mandatory, compliance trainings, voluntary initiatives)
• Adjusting HR policies to local requirements, updating & maintaining them
• Employee engagement monitoring
• Support headcount planning and governance
• Support global & local HR processes (performance management, annual review, etc.)
• HRIS administration (system processes, reporting)
• Assist in audit & Statutory compliance
• Assist in Payroll, attendance reporting (OPEX& Budget Planning & Monitoring; Grading Governance monitoring & other Group related exercise/processes)

Youre a good fit if you:

• Have several years experience in a similar role (HRBP, HR Generalist, HR Manager)
• Hold a University degree relevant to HR area, and other HR-specific certifications or courses
• Have excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with variety of HR processes, especially employee lifecycle, benefits, labor law, recruiting,
• Are capable of driving and implementing HR operations setup, deploying corporate HR processes and procedures within local market specifics
• Thrive in fast-paced environments experiencing dynamic growth (previous experience in start-up organization would be beneficial)
• Are able to build strong partnership with business stakeholders across different locations and cultures
• Are a self-starter with data-driven and evidence-based mindset, with a flair for utilizing technology in HR

Location & working schedule:

• Location: Pimple Saudagar, Pune
• Hybrid work: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote
• Working hours: any 9 hours between 10:30 AM and 9:30 PM
