Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced AI Product Owner to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of AI-powered customer solutions. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of operating independently, managing senior stakeholders, and translating business priorities into actionable product roadmaps.
This role requires a hands-on Product Owner who can rapidly understand complex customer needs, define AI-driven products and features, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the AI product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, data scientists, and UX teams to deliver AI-enabled customer solutions.
- Identify high-value AI opportunities and translate them into prioritized product requirements.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements for development teams.
- Drive product discovery, experimentation, and validation using data-driven approaches.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, and release planning activities.
- Measure product success through KPIs, customer outcomes, and business value realization.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress effectively across business and technology teams.
- Ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives and customer experience goals.
- 8+ years of Product Management/Product Ownership experience.
- Experience delivering AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Intelligent Automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience writing detailed user stories and managing product backlogs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering and data teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Retail Banking domains.
- Knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, Conversational AI, RAG architectures, or AI Agents.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS AI, Google Vertex AI, or equivalent AI platforms.
- Certifications in Product Management, Agile, Scrum, or AI-related disciplines.
- Requires zero hand-holding.
- Able to engage directly with customer stakeholders from day one.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive outcomes.
- Capable of quickly understanding business context and delivering value.
