– Business Analyst + Digital Transformation + Conversational Banking

• Strong Business Analysis experience with proven expertise in Retail Banking and Digital Transformation.
• Hands-on experience as a Transformation BA, leading or supporting large-scale change initiatives across digital customer journeys.
• Exposure to Conversational Banking, Sales, and Servicing journeys is preferred.
• Ability to gather and refine requirements, author user stories, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Product Owners, Tech, and Operations.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments, using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
• Prior experience with global banking clients will be advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
