Job Description
Capgemini is seeking a Director / Senior Director-level growth leader to build and scale a new UK-India CIS growth motion from India. The role will position India as a strategic engine for expansion across UK-headquartered accounts with significant India operations, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), offshore delivery footprints and transformation agendas.
The successful candidate will connect UK account teams, India Client Leaders, GCC stakeholders, CIS sales, solutioning and delivery teams to identify whitespace, shape strategic pursuits and convert client access into qualified pipeline, bookings and revenue growth.
This is a key role for an CIS growth builder who can navigate organizational complexity, influence without direct authority and translate strategy into repeatable, measurable execution.
Key Responsibilities
. Create new and incremental CIS growth by identifying whitespace and building account-specific growth plans across priority UK accounts with an India presence. Drive local CIS sales into our UK clients with India presence,
. Convert GCC and India-based stakeholder conversations into opportunities across cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, workplace and managed services.
. Build trusted relationships across UK account teams, India Client Leaders, GCC leaders and client technology executives. Coordinate our India-based CIS presales and solutioning team .
. Engage early with sales, solutioning and delivery teams to shape differentiated propositions and strategic pursuits ahead of formal RFx cycles. eventually work towards supporting CIS UK specific deals and clients.
. Develop proactive opportunities, qualify pipeline and maintain clear visibility of pursuit progress, risks and next actions.
. Orchestrate cross-market and cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate decisions, remove barriers and improve conversion.
. Codify playbooks, repeatable motions and best practices to scale the UK-India CIS growth model across relevant accounts.
Primary Skills
You are an entrepreneurial growth leader with deep experience in IT services, cloud and infrastructure, strategic sales and enterprise account growth. You combine strong executive presence with a hands-on approach to opportunity creation and deal shaping.

. 18-20+ years of experience in IT services, technology consulting, cloud, infrastructure or strategic sales.
. Proven track record of creating qualified pipeline and driving growth in large enterprise accounts.
. Strong understanding of CIS services, the GCC ecosystem and transformation-led sales.
. Ability to engage senior client and internal stakeholders, shape opportunities early and influence through collaboration.
. Experience working across geographies and aligning account, sales, solutioning and delivery teams around shared outcomes.
. Strong commercial judgement, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
. Entrepreneurial, collaborative and comfortable building a new growth motion and scaling repeatable practices.
