As the Business Development Manager, you will drive Capital.coms revenue growth by acquiring and nurturing high-value clients and strategic partners across priority markets. Operating at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and market intelligence, you will be a key catalyst in scaling our multi-asset trading ecosystem while safeguarding our obligations as a regulated, client-centric brokerage. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end new-business acquisition, expanding our Introducing Broker (IB) and Affiliate network, and shaping commercial initiatives that deepen engagement and lifetime value. The position offers significant cross-functional exposure (Marketing, Product, Compliance, Risk) and visibility with senior leadership, making it an ideal opportunity for ambitious professionals seeking to accelerate their career within a fast-growing fintech. Responsibilities Lead Generation & Client Acquisition - Leverage your existing network and prospect pipeline to generate immediate revenue; follow up on inbound leads, clearly articulating Capital.coms USPs to maximise conversion. Partnership & IB Network Development: Source, onboard, and nurture IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners; negotiate commercial terms and manage performance to revenue targets. Relationship & Account Management - Provide proactive, high-touch relationship management across the full client lifecycle-on-boarding, retention, query resolution, and ongoing education-to maximise client satisfaction and trading activity. Referral, Networking & Event Engagement - Accelerate growth through client referrals, industry networking, hospitality, and targeted events; organise and attend webinars, seminars and conferences in partnership with Marketing. Regulatory & Compliance Alignment - Ensure all business development activities adhere to all regulatory requirements; maintain personal CPD to stay ahead of evolving guidelines. Brand Advocacy & Thought Leadership: Represent Capital.com at industry conferences, webinars, and client seminars; contribute insights to research, content, and product roadmap discussions. Requirements Industry Experience & Network - 3+ years BDM / Sales experience in CFD/FX, or multi-asset brokerage with an existing network of HNW / professional clients or partners. Sales & Negotiation Excellence - Proven ability to self-generate leads, close high-value deals and exceed revenue targets. Product & Technical Mastery - Deep understanding of derivatives trading, liquidity, and partner commission structures. Regulatory Acumen - Working knowledge of MiFIDII, FCACOBS, DFSA, CySEC and other relevant frameworks governing inducements and client categorisation. Relationship Management - Demonstrated success sustaining long-term client relationships, including out-of-hours hospitality and event hosting. Communication & Languages - Fluent English; Arabic highly desirable. Education & Certifications - Bachelors in Finance, Economics or related; CISI, CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.
