Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Alipurduar-I. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, monitor team performance, and drive business growth while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Responsibilities include customer relationship management, overseeing sales strategies, managing operational processes, achieving financial targets, and providing leadership to motivate and guide team members. The role requires strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making to maintain operational health and improve customer satisfaction.
