Role Description:

• This is a full-time Senior Branch Manager role based on-site in Kalyan.
• The Senior Branch Manager will oversee branch operations and ensure the achievement of sales goals, customer satisfaction, and overall branch performance.
• Responsibilities include managing and mentoring branch staff, monitoring sales and service targets, ensuring compliance with company policies, and developing strategies to enhance business growth.

• The individual will also foster client relationships, address customer concerns, and ensure efficient problem resolution to uphold service excellence.

• Proven skills in team management, leadership, and people management.
• Experience in sales, business development, and achieving target outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.

• Prior experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
