Role Description:

- This is a full-time Senior Branch Manager role based on-site in Kalyan.

- The Senior Branch Manager will oversee branch operations and ensure the achievement of sales goals, customer satisfaction, and overall branch performance.

- Responsibilities include managing and mentoring branch staff, monitoring sales and service targets, ensuring compliance with company policies, and developing strategies to enhance business growth.

- The individual will also foster client relationships, address customer concerns, and ensure efficient problem resolution to uphold service excellence.

- Experience in sales, business development, and achieving target outcomes.
