Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Handling the cases filed before various forums (DCRC/SCDRC/NCDRC/Civil Courts/High Courts/Supreme Court). The candidate should be able to handle more than legal cases, reporting and briefing. • Handling legal notices and reply to legal notices. • Looking after PAN India advocate tie-ups. • Managing Appeals & Court Order Compliances. • Managing Insurance Ombudsman cases & Award Compliances as per IRDAI Rules. • Ensuring TAT and timelines of the Court/Insurance Ombudsman with respect to filing of replies/complaints etc. Managing proper liaising with Panel Lawyers with case briefing, preparing arguments, etc. • Maintaining MIS tracker
