Role Description

We are seeking an Agency Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Shivpuri. The Agency Manager will oversee and manage agency operations, build and develop a network of agents, and drive sales to achieve business targets. This role includes team building, training, and providing operational support to ensure compliance and performance. The individual will work closely with both agents and internal teams to promote company products and ensure business growth in the assigned region.
