Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist working from a consultancy setting at CAREERBLOC. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-life cycle recruiting for client organizations, including understanding role requirements, creating job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling and conducting initial interviews. The role involves collaborating with client hiring managers to refine job profiles, advise on market trends, and align recruitment strategies with business needs. The specialist will support employer branding initiatives by promoting client organizations through targeted outreach, social media, and professional networks. Day-to-day work includes maintaining candidate pipelines, managing applicant tracking systems, coordinating interview processes, providing feedback, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also requires regular reporting on recruitment metrics and partnering with the internal team to continuously improve processes and client satisfaction.

• Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across various roles and levels.
• Candidates should possess experience in Hiring processes and Interviewing, with the ability to assess competencies, cultural alignment, and role fit objectively.
• Candidates should possess Employer Branding skills, with the ability to represent client organizations effectively and support their visibility in the talent market.

  Candidates should possess excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with clients and candidates in a consultancy environment.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, with proficiency in applicant tracking systems and common recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
• Relevant experience in agency or consultancy-based recruitment and familiarity with multiple industries or functional roles is beneficial.
• A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, handle confidential information with discretion, and meet performance targets and deadlines is required.
