Job Description
- Lead the study abroad branch
- Making necessary strategies to enhance the employee performance and implementing the improvements needed, engaging into recruiting the new staff and other branch development operations.
- Training for the branch staff and keeping them informed about the study abroad vertical and industry best practices
- Achieving the maximum individual and Team sales targets and their conversion ratio as per the companys standard.
- Engaging in building the relations (B2B) with educational institutions to expand Branch network, increase study abroad opportunities by different means and generating leads through it.
- Handling all the compliance inquiries and Retaining the clients
- Managing the branch Budget, ensuring financial Targets are met and resources are allocated effectively to achieve business objective
- Effective approach towards the issues that may arise within the study abroad branch
