Career Mantra is seeking a motivated HR Operations Intern to join our team in Wakad, Pune. This is an internship position ideal for freshers looking to kickstart their career in HR operations. Candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply. The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and supporting candidate selection.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring accurate and compliant documentation.
• Collaborate in planning and executing employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Participate in onboarding programs to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the organization.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure best practices.
• Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops to support employee skill development and career growth.
• Help manage employee performance records and support managers in performance appraisal processes.
• Support HR operations by providing assistance with employee queries, resolving issues, and maintaining confidentiality.
