Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks, including HR management, HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, supporting onboarding activities, and helping to organize company events and meetings.
Qualifications- Human Resources (HR) skills, including HR Management and HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
