Role Description
This is an on-site internship role located in Pune for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist the HR team with daily tasks including recruitment processes, organizing employee records, implementing HR policies, and coordinating employee benefits. The intern will also support activities related to personnel management and participate in creating and maintaining a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices.
- Familiarity with HR Management tools and processes.
- Understanding of HR Policies and the ability to interpret and implement them effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work collaboratively in a team.
