Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HRBP - HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple centres. The role will focus on employee lifecycle management, employee engagement, grievance handling, attrition and retention, performance management, HR MIS, and regular centre visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Handle onboarding, transfers, confirmations, promotions, and separations.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and employee connect sessions.
• Handle employee grievances, investigations, and employee relations.
• Monitor attrition trends and implement retention strategies.
• Conduct retention discussions with employees at risk of leaving.
• Conduct regular HR visits across Pan-India centres and identify ground-level HR issues.
• Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with HR processes.
• Manage performance management, goal setting, appraisals, and improvement plans.
• Maintain HR MIS, employee data, attendance, attrition, and other HR metrics.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and processes across centres.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in HRBP, HR Operations, or Employee Relations.
• Experience in Pharmacy, Retail, Healthcare, or multi-location operations preferred.
• Experience handling employees across multiple locations is an advantage.
• Strong experience in employee engagement and grievance handling.
• Good understanding of attrition and retention strategies.
• Experience with performance management processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of HRMS/HR software and HR MIS.
• Comfortable with Pan-India travel and regular centre visits.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR priorities.
