About The Role

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, visual storytelling, and branding, with the ability to create engaging creatives for digital marketing, social media, and brand campaigns. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Development

• Design engaging and high-quality creatives for social media, digital marketing, and branding campaigns.
• Create static creatives, carousels, banners, promotional materials, and advertising assets.
• Develop visually appealing content that aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Assist in product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand communication initiatives.
• Ensure consistency in design across all digital and marketing platforms.

Collaboration & Brand Support

• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop impactful visual concepts.
• Translate campaign ideas into compelling visual designs.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions to deliver high-quality creative outputs.

Creative Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Suggest innovative ideas to improve creative performance and user engagement.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

• Freshers with a strong design portfolio are welcome to apply.
• 2-3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or Creative Design is preferred.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layouts.
• Experience creating social media and digital marketing creatives.
• Excellent creativity and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience designing performance marketing creatives.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or other design tools.
• Understanding of branding, e-commerce, or D2C marketing.
• Experience creating creatives optimized for Meta, Google, and other digital advertising platforms.
