Job Title: Business Development Executive (Remote – India)
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to support the growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation. This role requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
- Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes
- Knowledge of digital sales tools and platforms
