Data Analyst (Remote India)
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making and improve operational performance. You will work closely with stakeholders across teams to deliver accurate insights, meaningful reports, and data-driven recommendations while working remotely within India.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights clearly
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Perform ad hoc analysis and present findings to stakeholders
- Document data definitions, processes, and methodologies
- Support data quality and governance initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
- Understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with large or complex datasets
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines
- Understanding of basic statistics and data visualization best practices
- Experience supporting business or product analytics teams
