Job Description

You will play a key role in contributing to the formulation of the IT strategy by understanding the business priorities. This includes implementing the IT function structure at the company level and ensuring that the roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities are well-documented and effectively communicated across various levels.
Your responsibilities will also involve partnering with management, functional heads, and key stakeholders to identify new business requirements that can be mapped to IT solutions. You will be required to assimilate the business inputs and voices gathered by IT stakeholders and translate these requirements into actionable IT initiatives.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for formalizing the IT function goal plan for the year and ensuring that these goals cascade effectively across different verticals within the department. Additionally, you will define guidelines for IT budget preparations at the company level, formulate the IT budget, discuss it with the management team, and seek their approval. You will also be tasked with tracking and ensuring IT budget adherence at the company level, as well as providing timely reports and addressing any budget overruns that may occur.

Your role will also involve understanding the business needs in terms of new applications, solutions, and tools that can help in automation of factories, process improvements, cost reduction, and enhancing customer experience. You will be responsible for implementing an ERP system for the company and ensuring seamless integration with other IT systems.,
