Hotel Sales (Female)

Your key responsibilities will involve developing and executing comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets for rooms, group bookings, events, and ancillary services. You will need to stay informed about market trends, competitive insights, and customer preferences to shape effective sales strategies. Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other key stakeholders will be essential for generating leads and securing bookings. Utilizing CRM systems and sales analytics tools will help you track performance and identify areas for enhancement.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, offering personalized service and tailored solutions to meet their needs effectively. Site visits, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients will be part of your routine to showcase the resort/hotel facilities, amenities, and services. Collaboration with the marketing team will be crucial in developing promotional campaigns and targeted outreach efforts to boost engagement and conversion rates.

Working closely with internal departments such as revenue management, operations, and events will ensure the seamless execution of sales initiatives and enhance guest experiences. Coordinating with the reservations team to optimize room inventory, pricing strategies, and group allocations will maximize revenue and occupancy. Regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights will be expected from you.

To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management within the hospitality industry, specifically focusing on resort and hotel properties, is required. A strong grasp of sales principles, market dynamics, and revenue management strategies in the hospitality sector is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and the Microsoft Office suite. Flexibility in terms of travel and working non-traditional hours to accommodate client schedules and business demands is necessary.
